Members of the ODG are very warmly invited to attend a workshop on 'Vicarious Liability in the Common Law World' I will be hosting via zoom on April 15 2021. We have some great speakers, including many ODG alumni (including Professor Neyers himself) and it will provide a fantastic opportunity to discuss developments in vicarious liability across common law jurisdictions. Online workshop: 'Vicarious Liability in the Common Law World', April 15 2021, 9am-5.30pm (GMT+1)

This one-day workshop taking place on Thursday 15th April 2021 will examine the development of vicarious liability across the common law world with speakers from Australia, Canada, England and Wales, Hong Kong, Ireland, New Zealand, Singapore with commentators from Scotland.
